Job Description

The Head of Sales will be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing an iron-clad, detailed and phased commercial strategy for launching and growing a multi brand and multi category portfolio across all channels in Saudi Arabia
  • Managing the P&L of the country and cash-flow as well as reaching operational profitability targets
  • Achieving a fast growth in Saudi together with the team
  • Hiring and training a team of professionals

The Successful Applicant

The Head of Sales needs to have:

  • 15+ years of sales experience within the FMCG sector with at least 5 years spent in Saudi Arabia and in a leadership role
  • An excellent track record within the retail sector in Saudi Arabia, especially modern trade - key accounts
  • Previous experience with successful product launches and growing international brands rapidly
  • A good network with the relevant government entities
  • Prior experience developing and leading teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic is preferred
