Job Description

  • Respond to IT support requests across hardware, software, systems and networks
  • Install, configure and update IT equipment, applications and tools
  • Assist with IT projects such as upgrades, migrations and backups
  • Maintain accurate documentation, inventory and system performance records
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in IT support or a similar technical role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and basic networking
  • Experience using service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SysAid)
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
