Job Description

  • Develop and execute the full HR strategy, policies, and frameworks.
  • Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development programmes.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure HR and business performance.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Champion AI adoption and digital innovation across HR processes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles (Head of HR / CHRO level).
  • Experience working with top tier organisations in the private and public sector, specially within Abu Dhabi.
  • Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and strategic HR.
  • Strong background in compensation, benefits, and policy development.
  • Visionary and practical approach; self-starter with high initiative.
  • Experience in implementing AI and digital transformation in HR.
