The Successful ApplicantKey Requirements include:Experience & ExpertiseProven experience in designing and implementing organisational structures and HR frameworks in a start-up or rapidly scaling environment.Strong HR Generalist experienceStrong expertise in organisational development & design, change management, and talent acquisition.Track record of implementing KPIs, policies, and performance management systems.Ability to operate effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.Skills & CompetenciesExceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
