As an HR Expert, you will be responsible for driving transformation and implementing human capital initiatives across a large scale organisation, with a strong focus on policy execution, learning and development (L&D), and enhancing human capital capabilities within the entity.

Job Description

  • Lead the execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring the implementation of new policies and critical human capital processes within the annual cycle.
  • Design and deliver structured learning programs, workshops, and forums to uplift human capital skills and capabilities across government entities.
  • Facilitate engagement with Centers of Excellence and external stakeholders to promote continuous learning and professional development.
  • Monitor progress on human capital/workforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to timelines and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organisational Development; a Master's degree or certifications (such as CIPD, SHRM) are preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, with expertise in executing HR strategies across the human capital spectrum.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D), including facilitating workshops and leading forums.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale HR transformation projects and implementing human capital policies.
  • Strong organisational, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to build and nurture professional networks and communities.
