About Our Client
A brand new company which is government backed, based in Riyadh.
Job Description
- Create the recruitment strategy to grow the company ready for their launch
- Do end to end recruitment for senior positions and manage a team of Recruiters
- Set up university partnerships and graduate programmes
- Support with organisational design, hiring the best people into the organisation and identifying succession plans
- Keep a strong pipeline of talent externally and internally
- Work with external HR consultancies on the set up of the HR team
- Work with external recruitment agencies on the hiring of the team
The Successful Applicant
- SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY
- 7+ years experience, ideally with a strong background in recruitment and exposure to generalist HR
- Industry experience in retail, hospitality, airlines or any customer facing industry would be ideal
- Strong English communication skills
- Very good stakeholder management
