The client is a global manufacturing business who are entering a significant growth phase and require a strategic HR to assist them in driving the ambitious HR transformation agenda.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive HR Transformation strategy focused on enhancing employee experience, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and HR technology adoption.
  • Championing innovative learning and development programs that address future skills needs and equip employees with the knowledge and skills to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of effective talent management practices including talent acquisition, on boarding, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Facilitating organisational development initiatives to foster a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Leading the selection, implementation, and integration of HR technology solutions to automate processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Managing and driving change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to HR colleagues and line managers on all aspects of HR transformation.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful candidate will have/be

  • (8+ years) in a progressive HR role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Solid understanding of learning and development, talent management, organisational development, and HR technology and having the ability to lead the team.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing HR transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify HR challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HR technology systems is desirable.
  • Master's degree in Human resources and L&D.
