Job Description
The IAM Manager will be responsible for:
- IAM systems implementation
- Flagging any IAM related issues; providing appropriate recommendations for rectification of these issues
- Continuous improvement of IAM policies and procedures
- Managing staff in the IAM team
- Being the Subject Matter Expert in IAM, and collaborating with the rest of the Information Security department, IT, and senior management
- Periodic reporting of IAM function performance
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in IAM within the Financial Services industry
The Successful Applicant
The following requirements are essential for the IAM Manager role:
- At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- 6+ years of experience in Information Security
- Experience in managing an IAM function
- Must have worked in large, complex organisations
- Experience in Financial Services/Banking/Fintech sectors is a plus
- Relevant industry certifications are preferred
- Deep knowledge of user account life-cycle management, roles-based access, one-time password, risk-based access, and other IAM strategies
