Job Description



  • Design Integration:
    • Lead the interior design efforts while ensuring seamless integration with architectural elements of the development.
    • Create and execute designs that reflecthistorical the client significance and align with the project's architectural vision.


  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Oversee and mentor a team of interior designers and architects, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges the gap between architecture and interior design.
    • Ensure alignment between architectural structures and interior concepts throughout the design and implementation phases.


  • Project Oversight:
    • Manage design processes from concept development to final installation, ensuring that design quality, functionality, and aesthetic values align with the project's standards.
    • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that interior spaces work seamlessly within the overall architectural framework.


  • Collaboration with External Stakeholders:
    • Coordinate with clients, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee that all design aspects meet expectations.
    • Present design concepts and progress to stakeholders, making sure architectural integrity and interior design quality are maintained.


  • Budget & Schedule Management:
    • Manage design budgets and timelines, ensuring effective resource allocation and compliance with project deadlines.
    • Ensure the feasibility of designs in terms of both cost and schedule, aligning architectural and interior design objectives.



The Successful Applicant



  • Educational Background:
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.


  • Experience:
    • Extensive experience in architecture with a proven record in interior design leadership for high-profile projects.
    • A portfolio that showcases the integration of architectural and interior design elements.
    • At least 12 years of experience in similar positions


  • Skills:
    • Expertise in architectural and interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and design guidelines.


  • Additional Attributes:
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to balance creative vision with practical constraints such as budgets and project schedules.
    • In-depth understanding of the cultural, historical, and environmental contexts in which the project is situated
