Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to be a part of a unique growth teamExcellent Career Progression & BenefitsAbout Our ClientThe client is a Top-Tier Investments firm in Abu Dhabi.Job DescriptionLead a team of analysts in executing private equity-style investments.Conduct preliminary assessments and evaluate investment opportunities across various sectors.Perform macro-economic and sector-specific research to inform investment decisions.Prepare and present detailed investment proposals to the Investment Committee.Negotiate transaction terms and agreements.Develop and assess financial models for potential investment targets.Oversee due diligence processes on investment targets.Monitor and manage portfolio companies to ensure performance aligns with investment goals.Mentor and train the investment team on deal evaluation, execution, and best practices in private equity.Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the investment team, providing insights based on sector trends and market dynamics.Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure alignment with the firm's investment objectives.
