Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to be a part of a unique growth teamOpportunity to be a part of a unique growth teamAbout Our ClientThe client is an Abu Dhabi based investments firmJob DescriptionConduct in-depth financial and operational analyses of potential investment opportunities.Assist in the preparation of investment proposals for presentation to the Investment Committee.Support the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.Participate in due diligence processes, including the review of financial statements, market research, and risk assessment.Assist in the negotiation of transaction terms and the preparation of legal documentation.Support the closing of transactions by coordinating with external advisors, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
