Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the IT department's strategy, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
    • Lead initiatives for multi-site IT integration, focusing on cybersecurity and operational efficiency.


  • Team Management:
    • Manage a team of approximately 85 staff, including direct manpower and external resources.
    • Foster leadership, technical growth, and collaboration within the IT team.


  • IT Operations & Security:
    • Oversee IT operations, including corporate applications, information protection, infrastructure, and manufacturing IT solutions.
    • Ensure the highest standards of data security and compliance across all sites.


  • System Development & Innovation:
    • Drive the deployment and enhancement of enterprise systems, including SAP and employee central systems.
    • Promote innovation in IT applications to support the company's corporate and operational goals.


  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Report directly to the Business and Services VP, providing updates on IT initiatives and progress.
    • Work with various divisions such as Office Management, Corporate Applications, and Manufacturing Solutions.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Saudi National with a Degree in Computer Science or any related field

Technical & Leadership Expertise:

  • Extensive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within the oil & gas, chemical, or banking industries.
  • Proven ability to set and implement IT strategies in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, IT operations, and data protection.
