Our client is a leader in the electrical industry, as part of the diversification of their activities in Morocco and the strengthening of their business teams, we recruit their Key Account Manager.
Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and developing key accounts in the North region
- Managing customer requirements within the organization and coordinating the activities towards the customer
- Manage customer responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction.
- Preparing business plans and regular reports, full Sales accountability
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management
- Market analysis
- Identifying and developing new customers
- Participate in industry organization and events
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in combination with excellent commercial skills
- Proven success in winning new customers
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical / conceptual skills
