It is recognized for its significant contributions to the kingdom's economy through its mining operationsJob DescriptionLead Specialist, Master Planning Corp - Mining - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Implement and refine the master planning framework activities, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and KPI frameworks.Collaborate with BUs, CoEs, and SFs to integrate LoA/LoM plans and strategic initiatives with strategic objectives.Partner with BUs, CoEs, SF, and Budgeting teams to ensure consistency across Master Plan, Business Plan, and Budget.Cascade KPIs seamlessly within the Master Plan for a unified and measurable approach to performance.Define clear benefits realization measures for initiatives and delivery plans within the Master PlanProvide insights into master planning processes and system enhancements, including automation opportunities for MP processes and components.The Successful ApplicantLead Specialist, Master Planning Corp - Mining - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
