Job Description

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the Learning Admission & Delivery Division, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Optimise the learner admission process, ensuring seamless registration, efficient coordination with service providers, and an enhanced experience for all stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and enhance the effectiveness of the admission process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities and service providers.
  • Analyse financial information to ensure all operations are within budget, and provide support to the director on budget strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in educational administration, program admissions, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
