Job Description

  • Advise on UAE legal and regulatory implications

  • Translate legal risk into practical, decision‑ready advice
  • Support board‑level and executive documentation
  • Operate with discretion in highly sensitive matters



The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent Arabic and English
  • Qualified legal professional
  • Significant UAE government legal experience
  • Proven exposure to international agreements or cross‑border MOUs
  • Experience advising senior executives or boards
  • Pragmatic, commercially aware legal judgement
