About Our Client

Global FMCG which has brought in a few meta-regional functions to sit in Dubai.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this person will be responsible for;

  • Developing a short medium and long term pipeline of brands to be launched across numerous categories in different markets
  • Operating autonomously and with a high degree of flexibility, driving the development and delivery of major projects to drive brand equity
  • Being as an expert in key development areas related to the categories
  • Serve as a project manager pre launch, developing the toolkit to be adapted locally
  • Cross functional interactions with : In market Marketing teams, R&D, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain to name a few

The Successful Applicant

Please not this is a Marketing and not a technical NPD role.

To apply for the following, it is necessary to have the following experience;

  • Atleast 8+ years of FMCG blue chip marketing experience, with atleast 3-5 years in a regional NPD marketing role. Only candidates with relevant and extensive NPD experience will be considered
  • 360 NPD experience, from research - development - launch - execution with examples of not just one but multiple launches
  • Open to candidates based outside of UAE with the relevant experience as long it covers wide region or has worked in multiple markets
  • Ideally candidates from multinational FMCGs (F&B, Non Food, Tobacco and Alcohol) will be considered
