Job Description

  • Applying psychological principles to improve productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for staff.
  • Conducting research on employee behaviour and attitudes.
  • Assessing and improving organisational cultures.
  • Assisting in conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Offering counselling services to employees when needed.
  • Providing guidance to management on employee recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Promoting employee well-being and mental health within the workplace.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Knowledge of occupational psychology principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in conducting research and interpreting data.
  • A deep understanding of human behaviour and dynamics in the workplace.
  • An ethical and professional approach to work.
  • A commitment to promoting mental health and well-being in the workplace.
