About Our Client
Our client is one of UAE's leading Private Financial services firm in UAE. They are currently looking to expand their administration team and have introduced a brand-new position of an Office Manager.
The Office Manager will have a variety of responsibilities including the smooth running of all office operations and this will include all building and facilities management. The Office Manager will manage office supplies and suppliers and be able to negotiate with them. Look after the Secretarial & Reception staff and manage their leave calendar/holiday chart and be accountable for them. The prospective candidate will also need to be well versed with Visa requirements & processing laws. New joiners travel & accommodation booking would also be something that the office manager would be responsible for. In addition to petty cash & complete admin responsibility.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this Office Manager position:
- Degree in Administration / Commercial
- 5 years' related experience in managing mid to large office in UAE
- Confidence in individual ability and the capability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership and initiative.
- Excellent Excel skills
