To provide strategic leadership across the accounts, lead in the delivery of significant profitable growth through new and existing client contracts and relationships.
Manage KPI's and SLA's with focus on optimising service delivery and attention to the improvement of process, systems, tools and equipment.
Establish operational policies that promote engagement, company culture and vision.
Lead innovation across all technical and soft services; identifying opportunities for organic growth and new business.
To secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Complying with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire safety and COSHH. Ensuring the staff under you + subcontractors are following the requirements
The Successful Applicant
Engineering degree/Technical background with at least 7-8 years in the Sr Management team. (VP, Director, Head level)
Prior experience in the western/ developed and GCC market within a large team in FM environment is essential.
Proven experience of managing a high profile, quality led P&L contract of high value is essential.
Successful candidates should be able to relocate and work in Qatar.
Certified/ Trained NEBOSH, BICSc is preferred.
