Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of two facilities, ensuring smooth coordination between facilities.
  • Lead teams responsible for housekeeping, security, IT, and facility management services, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage biomedical equipment, facility management, and safety across both locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Reengineer processes and operational workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Play a key role in the expansion of medical services, including the potential future management of a centralized call center.
  • Collaborate with the centralized procurement team to support warehouse and inventory management across both clinics.
  • Ensure effective communication and cooperation across departments, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance to the MD, recommending improvements and driving implementation.
  • Lead operational support for the opening of new facilities and expansion projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.



The Successful Applicant

  • Saudi National - required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of management experience in healthcare operations, with demonstrated experience in opening and managing medical facilities.
  • Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing multiple facility operations.
  • Strong understanding of biomedical equipment, facility management, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to reengineer operational processes for better outcomes.
  • Experience managing large-scale departments such as ICU in a tertiary care hospital is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
