Job Description

  • Take responsibility for highly strategic and cross-functional projects and manage them end to end
  • Work closely with the senior management on delivering efficient results in the direction given
  • Coordinate different corporate units across the most relevant inter-functional projects
  • Lead project mgmt. including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning employees
  • Manage 3rd parties through various deliverables
  • Ensure that standard deadlines & budgets are consistently met
  • Escalate key issues and roadblocks to CEO and other Chief levels
  • Prepare and arrange recurring meetings document key outcomes to present to Board
  • Monitor the progress on the recruiting plan and team performance
  • Provide leadership and senior management on updates and visibility to help in decision making and growth of the company

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Business, Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in PMO/ Project Management
  • Preferable experience in a leading strategy consultancy, sports and/or fashion industry
  • Deep understanding of merchandise content, logistics, and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
