Transaction Execution:Support the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiation.Coordinate with legal, commercial, accounting, and other advisors. Portfolio Management:Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and identify opportunities for value creation.Work with management team and board members in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
