Job Description

  • Lead and direct all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules for successful execution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are met effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Director should have:

  • A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
