Project Director - Marine

1. Developing, updating, and ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures specific to the project.
2. Adopting operational plans and annual budget estimates for project activities.
3. Adopting and monitoring the implementation of initiatives and project plans.
4. Developing, monitoring, and adopting performance indicators for implementing the operational plan, initiatives, and projects.
5. Contributing to feasibility studies for strategic projects and final negotiations with clients.
6. Developing project strategy, defining objectives and desired outcomes.
7. Planning and scheduling activities and efficiently allocating resources to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
8. Managing and directing various work teams towards achieving goals.
9. Monitoring project progress and updating timelines, financial reports, other reports, and performance indicators.
10. Controlling potential risks and issues and taking corrective measures when necessary.
11. Complying with relevant local and international laws and regulations related to the project.
12. Evaluating and continuously improving performance and applying effective project management techniques.
13. Approving department payments according to the approved budget.
14. Guiding project execution methods in an innovative manner to reduce execution costs.
15. Reviewing and ensuring the quality of work on completed projects before final delivery.
16. Preparing regular reports on project activities.
17. Providing training, guidance, and support to project staff to ensure target achievement and continuous improvement.
18. Perform any other tasks assigned to the project within its jurisdiction.
