Driving excellence in engineering and project management across the MENAT region.Job Description* Oversee all stages of the project, from FEED to EPC, including construction, installation,and commissioning.* Manage the design and construction of petroleum storage tanks and terminals, ensuringproject standards are met.* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring optimal resourceallocation.* Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with contractors and stakeholders.* Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and industry bestpractices.* Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team and external contractors.* Location: Primarily based in Basra, with occasional work in Dubai during the projectinitiation and engineering phases.
