Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including closely monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks to guarantee successful outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, allocate resources and proactively manage project risks
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs, fostering clear communication and aligning project goals with company objectives
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and technical teams with scheduling meetings, managing calendars and organising project documentation
  • Take the lead in coordinating logistics for tech-related events, workshops, travel arrangements and training sessions

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years professional experience within an international consulting firm
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within financial services and/or technology sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
