Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic and high-impact projects across various government and public sector domains.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource forecasts, and implementation strategies aligned with leadership priorities and organizational mandates.
  • Ensure project governance, risk management, and change control mechanisms are effectively applied throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment at all stages.
  • Provide project reporting and performance updates to leadership, highlighting progress, key risks, and dependencies.
  • Support the development of project frameworks, methodologies, and tools that enhance delivery capability across the Ideas Foundry team.

The Successful Applicant

  • An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in project management, including strategic or transformation initiatives.
  • Must come with experience from a global consulting firm or experience managing large scale projects within the public sector/large scale organisations.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fluid environment and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivery within high-stakes environments.
