Job Description

  • Deliver strategic direction for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations within the Eastern Region.
  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of the RCM department.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare industry.
  • Implement and uphold the highest standards of compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Analyse financial data to identify areas for potential improvement in the RCM process.
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of the organisation's strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RCM Director should have:

  • A strong background in revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to strategise and implement RCM processes.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of managing large teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on financial data and performance metrics.
