Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client-facing interactions, fostering positive relationships.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests, ensuring the workspace remains functional and presentable.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to uphold operational excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and front-of-house resources.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Background in reception or administrative roles.
  • Strong background in managing VIP clientele and client-facing interactions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to coordinate administrative tasks and facilities management.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
