Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top talent across various industries.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilise recruitment tools, databases, and job boards to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and employment regulations.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Candidate must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
