Our client is a high-growth and exploding start-up in the IT/Cloud space with a unique proposition to offer clients in the Middle East and wider regions. This role will lead their semi global expansion as will be responsible for sales and sales strategy and future expansion.

Job Description

As Sales Head for the Cloud business, your primary responsibilities will be as below:

  • As an Enterprise Sales head you need to lead and generate sales for their cloud Infrastructure
  • Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at large Enterprises.
  • Lead in client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs.
  • Contact potential prospects from personally-generated research to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies.
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing.
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful for this role, you must have the below experience:

  • At least 10+ years of work experience in professional services sales & business development in IT services
  • Must know conceptual and practical understanding of cloud computing services
  • IAAS(SAAS) based B2B domain companies background
  • Ability to recruit, develop and grow a future sales team
  • Strong understanding of the IT landscape in the region and decision maker mindset
  • Ability to develop a channel ecosystem to create additional RTM
