Job Description

  • Manage international exhibition logistics, including customs clearance and shipping.
  • Oversee bi-annual exhibitions and large-scale installations.
  • Lead contract management and budget oversight for exhibition projects.
  • Collaborate with the exhibitions team to plan installations and provide logistical support.
  • Supervise outsourced contractors and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with handling, packing, and transport standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all exhibition-related activities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in registrar roles, ideally within museums or cultural institutions.
  • Proven expertise in exhibition logistics and planning.
  • Experience with international exhibitions, including customs and shipping coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of CMS and DAMS systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing outsourced or cross-functional teams.
