Job Description

  • Act as the primary on-site representative for the PMC team, ensuring project execution aligns with design, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee infrastructure and utility works, including roads, drainage, water, power, and telecom networks.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards, addressing any site issues.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Review and approve technical submittals, method statements, and work schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Manage progress reporting, risk assessment, and resolution of construction challenges.
  • Support in contract administration, claims analysis, and variation assessments.
  • Lead site meetings, providing technical guidance and decision-making support.



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in construction supervision, including 5 years in the GCC.
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure, utilities, and master planning.
  • Experience working in an engineering consultancy within a PMC contract.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and local regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP) is a plus.
