Focused on Vision 2030 and developing Saudi Arabia.Job DescriptionRisk PlanningPlans and designs Enterprise Risk Management Framework that covers all activities for the company.Designs risk management process and implements it across the company.Develops and updates risk registers by defining risk appetite, risk assessment criteria and risk mitigation plan to deal with risk.Develops and review internal policies and procedures for compliance and financial risk management.Prepares RFP for risk projects, chooses the best service provider, follow up with provider and re-views their deliverables.Risk ImplementationImplements Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the company.Makes risk assessments, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business.Conducting due diligence procedures.Risk ReportingPrepares timely reports for current risk position that highlights significant risks and business continuity impact.Recommends corrective actions where high risk was identified.Provides support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be experienced in Risk Management with strong financial acumen. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required. At least 14 years' of progressive experience within risk at a senior level.
