Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain high net worth guests
  • Planing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract prospective customers
  • Utilising a variety of channels including digital marketing, social media and strategic partnerships to effectively promote the company
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials
  • Developing and managing budgets for sales and marketing activities
  • Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales and marketing team

The Successful Applicant

The Sales and Marketing Director needs to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of sales and marketing experience including minimum of 5 years in a Director of Sales and Marketing role
  • A career background within international luxury hospitality, fitness or wellness organisations
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and brand management strategies
  • Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
