Job Description

  • Design and implement the sales capability strategy across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and E‑commerce, aligned with business priorities
  • Act as the central point of contact for commercial transformation projects
  • Lead the development and execution of training and learning programs
  • Introduce digital learning tools and coaching programs to support continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales Capability, Commercial Training, or Sales Management within FMCG
  • Prior experience in the Middle East region with an understanding of the cultural dynamics of the Saudi market
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to influence without authority and manage cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Action‑oriented, results‑driven, and comfortable engaging senior leadership
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate learning outcomes and data into actionable insights
