Job Description

Sales Training & Development:

  • Design and deliver sales training programs focused on product knowledge, customer engagement techniques, and sales strategies specific to the medical field, hair transplant services, and pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of sales representatives, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest industry trends, company offerings, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to sales staff through role-playing, case studies, and real-world scenarios.



Sales Performance Monitoring & Feedback:

  • Monitor sales team performance, including individual and team sales metrics, conversion rates, and client satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback and actionable insights to sales staff, helping them to refine their sales techniques and address performance challenges.
  • Set performance improvement goals for sales representatives and track progress toward these objectives.



Motivation & Team Engagement:

  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a positive, goal-oriented sales environment.
  • Recognize and celebrate top performers, while offering support to those who may need additional coaching or assistance.
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team to improve overall sales effectiveness.



Sales Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the sales process, ensuring the team utilizes the most effective sales techniques for the medical and pharmaceutical markets.
  • Help the sales team to refine their approach to client outreach, prospecting, and closing deals, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients in the medical field.



Industry Expertise & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the medical, hair transplant, and pharmaceutical industries to ensure the sales team has the most accurate and current information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand the full spectrum of offerings, allowing the sales team to present products and services confidently and knowledgeably.



Reporting & Analytics:

  • Compile and report on sales coaching outcomes, providing insights into how coaching efforts are impacting team performance and sales growth.
  • Use data to identify training gaps, trends, and best practices, adjusting coaching strategies accordingly.
