About Our Client

Our client is a lead generation company specialising digital marketing, traffic generation and affiliation services for the global market. This role is a leadership role based in Dubai managing a high performing (remote) sales team. Reporting to the CEO - you will be responsible to lead from the front in this new era for them as they have just opened a new office in Dubai. They offer services to multiple industries such as Home Improvements, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Energy etc.

Job Description

This role is going to be the 1st permanent employee for a newly launched entity in Dubai and future 'general manager' of the UAE entity. As Sales Director, your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing and driving a sales team based internationally
  • Establishing a structure and framework for the business in Dubai
  • Delivering results for clients by bringing fresh out-of-the-box ideas,
  • Managing the team's deliverable on key client objectives, and monitoring
    performance
    ● Assist with growth plans through business development efforts
    ● Lead strategic partner recruitment
    ● Effectively communicate performance and strategic direction for the program to the
    client and the extended global affiliate team
    ● Ensure executional excellence across the team
    ● Provide recommendations for scale and/or efficiency within campaigns
    ● Develop, grow and maintain strong strategic and tactical relationships with existing
    affiliate partners
    ● Help the team to connect the best offers to the best affiliates
    ● Solve issues (tracking, negotiations) with the team
    ● Represent the company in international affiliate trade shows

The Successful Applicant

To be successful for this role, you must have the below experience and attributes:

  • Minimum 5-7 years in sales or sales management (ideally managing sales people) in lead generation, ad-tech, affiliate marketing businesses
  • Ability to create a business plan, strategy and execute for regional office
  • Strong individual characteristics to work alone and then launch a local team
  • Project management expertise
  • Enterprise sales skills
  • Experience with salesforce or hubspot CRM

Gross salary package circa AED 30-35,000 per month, performance linked incentive and profit sharing scheme, UAE benefits (medical insurance, flights, visa)
