Job Description

Key responsibilities in this role:

  • Build and lead the Sales team (Sales, KAM, Partnership); delivered min 5x growth in GTV in a year
  • lay the foundation for payments solutions and create Product-Growth blueprints
  • Executed GTM strategy for various products and features.
  • P&L ownership and balance the revenue contribution of flagship
  • Products: strengthen presence in eCommerce & Travel sectors, and penetrate other sectors
  • Create a new revenue stream and new lead generation route by forging partnerships with referral players and referral partners in the market
  • Manage CRM, monthly reporting (for investors), business finance (commercial approval and negotiation), manage and enhance lead generation (Incoming and Outgoing)
  • Monitor, Prepare and Seek, large RFPs and Payment Tenders.

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful applicant for this role:

  • You must be a proven Team Leader / people manager in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Highly preffered experience in payments/ fintech/ BNPL
  • Business/ sales exposure in the Middle East/ UAE
  • Overall minimum professional work experience of 10-15 years
  • Sales Management experience of a minimum 5-8 years
  • Ability and desire to take over a medium sized team and grow revenue and people together
  • Long term vision to take a true leadership/ equity stake in our clients organisation
