About Our Client

Tier 1 developer from Europe expanding it's presence in the Middle East with a strong leadership team in place.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO and the CDO, this person will be responsible for;

  • Building and scaling an internal sales team
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with UHNWIs, ideally having an existing client database as well
  • Analysing market, sales data and develop new markets to sell the portfolio of properties

The Successful Applicant

To apply for the role, it is a must to have the following experience;

  • Working for a Tier 1 developer or heading the sales function within a luxury RE broker
  • Managed a sales team and actively worked on their development and growth
  • Strong Middle East experience
  • Ideally bilingual in English and/or Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin/Cantonese
