About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading organisations in the packaging industry focusing specifically on sustainable packaging with a global presence in over 15+ countries and a manufacturing setup in most of them. They majorly focus on providing sustainable packaging solutions to the FMCG and Retails Industry.

Job Description

Some of the key Responsibilities for the role are:

  • To identify, qualify and sell to relevant customers and prospects, focusing on product/market applications within Saudi Arabia consistent with Company guidelines
  • Responsible for developing sustainable and profitable growth in Saudi Arabia. Business development, management of existing customers in Saudi Arabia.
  • To develop and implement account plans and conduct regular business reviews against objectives for all the key customers.
  • To achieve or exceed Sales and Gross Margin Budgets for the customers and accounts in Saudi Arabia. Deliver outstanding outcome against business and personal objectives.
  • Planning and clearly executing sales activity to drive increased penetration of product and/or services into new market segments.
  • Maintaining customer relationship by regular visits and travel across the Kingdom.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members
  • To develop and maintain close contact with stakeholders, ensure good business relationships between both parties, and promote a positive image of the Company.
  • To ensure high levels of customer service through proper planning and management of inventories, consistent with company budgets.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in Arabic language - Preferred Arabic origin
  • Strong personal accountability matched with ability to integrate within team focused environment
  • Relevant experience in managing Key/strategic clients in Saudi Arabia
  • A commercially astute and confident communicator who can influence stakeholders while simplifying complex messages to our key customers
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, leads by example, and sets the consistently high standards for others to emulate.
