Job Description



    • Market Entry & Strategy Development:
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored for the UAE market.
      • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competition, and key industry trends.


    • Business Development:
      • Identify and secure partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
      • Expand the brand's footprint by targeting key accounts and fostering long-term relationships.


    • Sales Execution:
      • Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
      • Implement pricing strategies and promotional plans to maximize profitability and market penetration.


    • Brand Representation:
      • Act as the face of the brand in the UAE, attending events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
      • Ensure brand consistency and uphold the company's reputation for exclusivity.


    • Team Leadership:
      • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
      • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team.


    • Operational Oversight:
      • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of sales experience in fine fragrances with a proven track record of success.
  • Mandatory Arabic or French proficiency
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including key players, consumer behaviors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong network within the fine fragrance industry in the UAE.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a startup environment.
