Job Description

  • Manage and expand sales within the assigned territory through strategic account planning and regular field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Conduct effective product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to support customer understanding and usage.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent market coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and clinical teams to organize events, workshops, and education programs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales within Saudi Arabia.
  • Prior experience in dental or medical devices is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.



Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.



Other Requirements:

  • Must be based in or near the Southern Region (Jeddah, Abha, or nearby cities).
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
