Job Description

  • Drive Cloud Strategy: Lead the development and execution of cloud strategies that align with business goals, evaluating cloud technologies for strategic decisions.
  • Design Secure Infrastructure: Architect scalable, secure cloud infrastructures, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
  • Optimise Cloud Resources: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate provisioning to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure Security & Compliance: Oversee cloud security protocols, maintain compliance with industry standards, and lead incident response efforts.
  • Manage Costs & Vendors: Develop cloud cost management strategies, optimise spending, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Innovate and Lead: Stay updated on emerging cloud trends, guide cloud initiatives, and mentor teams to foster continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in designing, architecting, and optimising cloud-based infrastructures with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and orchestration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement robust cloud security measures, ensure compliance, manage cloud costs, and optimise spending effectively.
