Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to be part of one of the most exciting vision 2030 projectsThis is an opportunity to advance in the Property & Construction Market.About Our ClientOne of Saudi Arabia's most iconic and historic developments, which is a cultural and heritage destination that reflects the Kingdom's Vision 2030.Job DescriptionLead and manage the design process from concept through to construction for the Diriyah 2 development.Oversee and coordinate the work of multiple design consultants, ensuring their deliverables are aligned with the masterplan and approved project vision.Review and validate design drawings, reports, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.Organize and chair regular design coordination meetings, workshops, and presentations with internal teams and external consultants.Ensure that all design activities align with project objectives, regulatory requirements, sustainability standards, and cultural significance.Manage the approval process for design submissions, including coordination with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and client stakeholders.Work closely with the project team to monitor design progress, address any potential delays, and implement corrective measures when needed.Foster a collaborative environment between architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction.Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is being followed during the construction phase and resolve any on-site design challenges.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior design managers and design teams.Prepare and present detailed design reports, progress updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the design team, ensuring that the client's vision and objectives are consistently met.The Successful ApplicantEducation: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in Design Management or Project Management is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 15-30 years of experience in architectural design, design management, and project management, with a focus on large-scale, high-profile projects.
