About Our Client
Our client is a bespoke interior design company headquartered in Riyadh, looking to expand its team and portfolio in Saudi Arabia. They are currently seeking a "Senior Interior Architect" who will be able to join their efforts to expand their portfolio initially throughout KSA, and eventually the Middle East.
Job Description
- Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects and construction documents
- Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans
- Meeting with client to discuss expectations for the project and determining needs and requirements
- Complying with Saudi building regulations and all relevant safety standards
- Working with the internal Design team, as well as contractors and suppliers
- Visiting sites and assisting in construction supervision
- Drafting plans to create or refinish spaces in high end residential and commercial buildings
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or similar field
- Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture is an advantage
- Total of 10 years experience in companies specialized in high end residential and commercial projects
