About Our Client

Our client is one of the iconic Vision 2030 mega projects in the Real Estate/Property sector.

This role will be based in Riyadh.

The Senior Manager - Asset Management Solutions will be responsible for:

Gathering business requirements and engaging with key business stakeholders
Software selection, implementation, and lifecycle management
Leading cross-functional project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle
Leading the implementation of enterprise asset management solutions (e.g., IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP EAM, Oracle eAM), from initial planning to full deployment and post-implementation support
Managing ongoing system enhancements, change requests, upgrades, and improvements to maximise system performance, user adoption, and alignment with best practices
Recommending solutions that will improve asset management performance
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, vendors, and contractors
Providing regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and performance metrics

The Senior Manager - Asset Management Solutions will be/have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Project Management or other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
10+ years of experience in Technology Solutions, of which at least 5+ years must have been in Enterprise Asset Management Solutions
Proven expertise in implementing and managing enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, particularly IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP EAM, Oracle eAM, or similar platforms
Strong background in project management, with hands-on experience leading large-scale IT or business transformation projects
Previously worked in Real Estate, Property or Construction companies
Experience in integrating EAM solutions with other business systems
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, guide decision-making, and drive results
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
In-depth understanding of asset management best practices, lifecycle management, and maintenance strategies
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
Ideally a Saudi national
