Job Description

  • Lead senior-level business development across public art, cultural, and tourism sectors
  • Manage and grow relationships with government entities and institutional clients
  • Identify new BD opportunities aligned with creative, artisanal, and architectural work
  • Act as the senior figurehead for business development, accountable for pipeline and revenue
  • Maintain and strengthen an existing project pipeline while building new relationships
  • Lead and manage RFP and tender processes within the public and institutional sectors
  • Collaborate closely with artists, curators, architects, and technical delivery teams
  • Engage creatively around design intent, materials, finishes, and aesthetics
  • Represent the business with cultural sensitivity and regional market understanding



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project and Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven senior business development experience within culture, tourism, or public realm projects
  • Background in architecture, engineering, or technical disciplines strongly preferred
  • Experience working on bespoke, design-led or artist-driven projects rather than pure property development
  • Strong understanding of how business and relationships operate in Saudi Arabia
  • Comfortable engaging creatively with artists, designers, and curators
  • Confident managing complex stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • A collaborative, empathetic leader who values teamwork and shared success
  • Curious, open-minded, and willing to learn the nuances of the art and curatorial space
  • Based in the GCC with a clear desire to build a long-term career in Saudi
