Job Description

Leading QS team to manage the re-measurement contract, working with Construction teams to provide required BoQ information, issuing supporting documentation to Client for payments, undertaking discussions with Client to get agreement on payment applications.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project expenditures.
  • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget.

The Successful Applicant

15-20 years experience.

Background in utility (water sector would be a preference).

Experience with EPC Contract, especially within a JV.
